Todd Goldenfarb

With over 20 years in the real estate industry, Todd Goldenfarb is known as an innovative thinker and critical problem solver.

After graduating from the Boston University School of Management with a concentration in Operations Management & International Logistics, Todd started his career in the banking sector as an analyst for one of the country’s largest banking institutions. He took the skill sets and relationships he developed in the commercial banking sector and joined The RAM Companies. Today, he serves as Managing Director of Mile Marker Investments, a RAM affiliate.

 

Todd has been involved in all aspects of the real estate acquisition, development, and management process on several large scale projects in New England, the Southeast, and Texas. Representative projects include waterfront luxury apartments, high rise luxury apartments, International distribution centers, hotels, flex/office buildings, retail centers, and luxury single family homes.

Following in his family's footsteps of creating innovative retail projects, Todd co-founded Sloane Square Barbers, named by Travel & Leisure, USA Today, GQ, and Details Magazine as one of America's best luxury barbershop companies. He successfully exited the Sloane Square locations in 2016.

Todd is a board member of Local TAU, an initiative of Tel Aviv University. He is also a graduate of the Miami Beach Citizen's Police Academy and a proud supporter of numerous charitable organizations. He loves to spend time boating, playing tennis, skiing and enjoying the outdoors.
