Todd Goldenfarb

With more than two decades of experience in the real estate industry, Todd Goldenfarb has built a reputation as a placemaker and skilled problem solver.

After earning his degree from the Boston University School of Management, with a concentration in Operations Management and International Logistics, Todd began his career in commercial banking as an analyst for one of the nation’s largest financial institutions. Leveraging the analytical expertise and industry relationships he developed in the banking sector, he joined The RAM Companies and has since played an integral role in the firm's growth and success. Today, he serves as Managing Director of Mile Marker Investments, a RAM affiliate.

Throughout his career, Todd has been actively involved in every stage of the real estate lifecycle, including acquisition, development, financing, and asset management. He has contributed to the successful execution of large-scale projects across New England, the Southeast, and Texas. His diverse portfolio includes waterfront and high-rise luxury multifamily communities, international distribution centers, hotels, flex and office properties, retail centers, and luxury single-family residential developments.

Continuing his family’s tradition of entrepreneurial innovation, Todd co-founded Sloane Square Barbers, a luxury barbershop brand recognized by Travel + Leisure, USA Today, GQ, and Details Magazine as one of America’s premier grooming destinations. He successfully exited the business in 2016.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Todd serves on the board of Local TAU, an initiative supporting Tel Aviv University. He is also a graduate of the Miami Beach Citizens Police Academy and an active supporter of numerous charitable organizations. In his free time, Todd enjoys boating, tennis, skiing, and spending time outdoors.
