Scarborough, Maine (January 22, 2021) Howard A. Goldenfarb, Founder and President of The RAM Companies, announced today the sale of 267 Lowell Road In Hudson, NH and 25 Industrial Avenue in Chelmsford, MA. 267 Lowell Rd. totals 122,000 square feet and is fully leased to Mercury Systems, an American multinational Tier 2 aerospace and defense technology company. 25 Industrial consists of 42,000 square feet and is occupied by Comcast, Konecranes, and CDM Smith. RAM had owned and managed the property for 6 years before completing the transaction. The buyer was brought to RAM by Doug Jacoby of CBRE in Boston.
