RAM Granted Planning Board Approval for Centervale Farm Expansion

The 12,000 Square Foot Stand-Alone Building Will Add to the Campus Setting for the Prized Scarborough, Maine Business Address


Scarborough, Maine (June 22, 2020) - The RAM Companies has received Planning Board approval from the Town of Scarborough, Maine to expand Centervale Farm. The addition of the new building will bring the property to approximately 35,000 square feet of office space including the very popular specialty store, The Cheese Iron.


Centervale Farm was acquire and redeveloped by RAM in 2006 and has since become a sought after business address due to its unique setting and atmosphere. The RAM Companies maintains its headquarters on the property.


The proposed new building, designed by Scott Simons Architects of Portland, Maine, maintains the barn-like look and feel of the existing main building with all of the modern amenities required by Class A office users.
