RAM signs three new leases at Audubon Road Commerce Center

Wakefield, MA – Brian A. Gagne, Executive Vice President of Acquisition and Development for The RAM Companies, announced today the signing of three leases at RAM’s Audubon Road Commerce Center in Wakefield, Massachusetts. RAM was represented in all three transactions by Dan Collins of Newmark Knight Frank’s Boston office.

RAM signed a 10,351 square foot long term deal with Power Products Corporation. Power Products is a long established and respected New England company identified with Detroit Diesel Engines, Allison Transmissions and Kohler Generators. The Audubon Road Commerce Center will be home to the generator division. The company has been under the same management for 25 years and its team of factory certified technicians has the largest customer base in New England.

In addition to the Power Products lease, RAM has inked a long term lease with Johnson O’Connor LLP for 6,151 square feet at the property. Johnson O’Connor is a firm of Certified Public Accountants servicing a wide range of clients including manufacturing firms, retail businesses, health care organizations, professional service businesses, non-profit organizations, and 401 (k) audits.

Finally, RAM completed a long term lease for 3,932 square feet with Poole Professional Ltd. The combined entities of Poole Professional Ltd., Wortley/Poole Professional Ltd., and Poole Professional-NY provides insurance, loss prevention and risk management services to the architectural, engineering, construction, environmental services, and legal and accounting professions.
